As a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) I'm dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate, and effective mental health services for individuals seeking support for a wide range of challenges in southeast Idaho.
I’ve spent more than 10 years working with Adults, children, and families in outpatient clinics, and private practice. Beyond that decade, I have also spent several years working with children and elderly in communities, schools, homes, and facilities. I understand how overwhelming it can feel when you’ve tried everything you can think of - and things still don’t seem to change.
I offer a therapeutic environment where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to heal and grow. I'll provide steady, practical guidance. We'll look at patterns in your family, identify what's helping and what isn't, and build new ways of relating that feel sustainable.
Clients often appreciate my non-judgmental style and my knowledge in addressing various mental health concerns.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I draw from CBT, ACT, Internal Family Systems, and trauma-informed practices. Sessions are collaborative, paced thoughtfully, and focused on changes you can feel at home—not abstract theory.
